p. 167. 23 columns: stub, two "Total" columns, then five outcome groups (Affirmed in full; Modified; Remanded in full; Affirmed in part and remanded in part; Set aside), each with Fiscal Year 1999 and Cumulative fiscal years 1994-1998 panels of Number/Percent. The stub heading and the two Total headings are tall single headings spanning all three heading levels, so they are repeated in each level. Suspected misprint: row "8. St. Louis, MO", column "Set aside / Cumulative fiscal years 1994-1998 / Percent" is printed as "17" with no decimal place, where every other percent in the table carries one decimal (4/23 = 17.4). Transcribed exactly as printed. Other printed percents that do not match a straight recomputation, transcribed as printed: "1. Boston, MA" Affirmed in full cumulative percent 86.5 (19/22 = 86.4); "5. New Orleans, LA" Affirmed in full cumulative percent 69.3 (18/26 = 69.2); "6. Cincinnati, OH" Modified FY1999 percent 11.6 (3/26 = 11.5); "10. Denver, CO."
