Reader’s notes

p. 137. Eight columns: stub plus "Objections filed", "Objections withdrawn", "Objections ruled upon", and two-column spanner groups "Overruled" (Number, Percent of total ruled upon) and "Sustained^2" (Number, Percent of total ruled upon). The stub heading cell is blank in the printed table; the three tall single headings and the two spanners are repeated down both heading levels as required. The caption carries a footnote marker 1 (Table 11D.—Disposition of Objections in Representation Cases Closed, Fiscal Year 1999^1) and the "Sustained" spanner carries marker 2. The crop is cut off just below the table's bottom rule: only the raised "1" of the first footnote is visible, with no footnote text, so `footnotes` is empty — footnotes 1 and 2 exist on the page but are not legible in this crop. Printed column totals are internally consistent (187+23=210 filed; 54+4=58 withdrawn; 176+32+2=210 by type of election), and all values read cleanly.
