The headings "Method and stage of disposition" and "Total elections" are tall single cells spanning both heading levels, so they are repeated in both. Footnotes: the table carries two superscript markers in the headings ("Total objections" = 1, "Total challenges" = 2), but the footnote text itself falls below the bottom rule and is cut off by the crop — only the very top of the first footnote's marker is visible at the lower-left edge. `footnotes` is therefore empty rather than reconstructed. Doubtful cell: "Expedited elections", Total challenges / Percent — the scan shows what looks like a stray period before the value (".0.0"). Reading it as the printed value 0.0 with an ink speck / leader-dot artifact in front; every other cell in that row is 0 or 0.0, and the column is consistent with 0. Arithmetic (not altered, reported only as a check): all rows are internally consistent — Total objections = Objections only + Objections and challenges, Total challenges = Challenges only + Objections and challenges; both the case-type block (3,264 + 45 + 434) and the election-type block (17 + 3,136 + 0 + 583 + 7) sum to the printed 3,743. No suspected misprints in the numbers. The page number at the top (152, partly clipped) and the caption line were excluded as instructed.
