p. 135. 17 columns: stub plus four four-column panels (All R, RC, RM, RD elections), each panel's four columns sitting under a spanning "Elections conducted" banner. A raised 1 is printed on "Resulting in certification" in the All R elections panel only; the text of footnote 1 is not inside the crop (the image ends at the table's bottom rule), so `footnotes` is empty. The dash in "Regional Director–directed", "Board–directed" and "Expedited–Sec. 8(b)(7)(C)" is ambiguous at this resolution between a hyphen and an en dash; it is transcribed as an en dash. The indented "Rerun required" / "Runoff required" lines repeat under each election type and are transcribed in printed order without the indent; their only nonzero entries fall in the "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" columns, exactly as printed. Note that under "All types" the rerun (63) and runoff (16) counts sum to 79, matching the "Resulting in a rerun or runoff" total, but the RM panel shows 1 rerun and 1 runoff against a printed total of 2 while the RD panel shows 6 reruns against a total of 6; no values were computed or adjusted.
