p. 111. Single-level column heading; the stub column has no heading. The heading in column 1 is printed on two lines as "Number of cases show-/ing-specific allegations"; the end-of-line hyphen was repaired to "showing-specific" (the hyphen between "showing" and "specific" is printed and retained). "A. Charges filed against employers under Sec. 8(a)", "Recapitulation^1" and "B. Charges filed against unions under Sec. 8(b)" are centered section lines spanning the full table width and carry no values; "Subsections of Sec. 8(a):" and "Subsections of Sec. 8(b):" are likewise label-only lines. The superscript 1 on "Recapitulation" is a footnote marker, but no footnote text appears on this crop: the table ends with an empty ruled band at the bottom and the footnote evidently falls below the crop boundary. `footnotes` is therefore empty, not because none is referenced. All percentages are consistent with the printed counts and totals; no apparent misprints. In the 8(b) block several lines are printed with leader dots running into the rule (e.g. "8(b)(2)(3)(6)", "8(b)(1)(2)(3)(5)"), but the labels themselves are legible.

The crop cuts off the footnote block: only a superscript "1" is visible at the bottom-left edge, with its text below the crop, so `footnotes` is empty even though marker 1 is used three times in the body (the three "Recapitulation" section lines). Suspected misprint: in row "Against employers alone", the "Percent of total cases" cell reads 97, the same value as the row above, although the count is 1 of 35 (about 3). Transcribed as printed. Column heading is printed as "Number of cases show-" / "ing-specific allegations" over two lines; the end-of-line hyphen was repaired, leaving the internal hyphen in "showing-specific" as printed. Minor typography kept as printed: "B1. Analysis of 8 (b)(4)" has a space between "8" and "(b)(4)", and "B2. Analysis of 8(b)(7)" is printed with a wider gap after "B2." (normalized to a single space). The stub column has no printed heading. Rounding in the two "Recapitulation" blocks under B1 and B2 is to whole percents while the detail blocks above them use one decimal; this is as printed, not a transcription artifact.
