p. 110. Seven printed columns: stub, Total, and five columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party". The stub heading cell is blank in the original; "Total" is a tall heading spanning both heading levels, so it is repeated. "RC cases", "RM cases" and "RD cases" are centred section banners printed across the data columns (not in the stub column); they are given as label-only rows with empty value cells. The row labels "Received fiscal 1999" are printed with a wide gap after "Received"; transcribed with a single space. The asterisk footnote has no corresponding "*" marker anywhere in the table body or headings on this crop — no value carries a revision marker, though the footnote describes one. The three "Pending October 1, 1999" row labels are printed with the year 1999; in context (a fiscal-1999 table whose closing row is "Pending September 30, 1999") the opening-balance year would be expected to be 1998. Transcribed exactly as printed, not corrected. All printed row totals in the Total column equal the sum of the five filing-party columns, so no internal arithmetic discrepancy was found.
