168 of 168 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.

Reader’s notes

p. 109. Seven columns: stub, Total, and five filing-party columns under the spanner \"Identification of filing party\". The stub column has no printed heading. \"Total\" is a tall heading spanning both header levels, so it is repeated in both.\n\nThe seven case-type lines (CA Cases, CB Cases^2, CC Cases, CD Cases, CE Cases, CG Cases, CP Cases) are centered section rules that span the data columns; they are transcribed as label-only rows with empty value cells.\n\nFootnote reliability: only one footnote line is visible at the bottom of the crop and it is clipped horizontally through the letters by the bottom edge, so its wording is uncertain — I read \"See Glossary for terms of definitions.\" but the ascenders/descenders are cut and the exact phrasing (possibly \"definitions of terms\") could not be confirmed. The footnote 2 called out by \"CB Cases^2\" is not shown on this crop; it falls below the cropped area. The caption's own superscript 1 is part of the excluded caption.\n\nThe row label \"Received fiscal 1999\" is printed with a wide word space after \"Received\" in the CA, CB, CC, CE and CP blocks and a normal space in the CD and CG blocks; I normalized to a single space throughout.\n\nAll 35 data rows are internally consistent: in every row the five filing-party cells sum exactly to the printed Total, which supports the column assignments. The Employers column is 0 throughout the CA block and the Individuals column is 0 throughout the CC, CD, CG and CP blocks; these are printed zeros, not blanks.
