p. 194. 12 printed columns (stub plus 11 data columns). The stub column has no printed heading, so cell 0 of both heading levels is empty. "Total proceedings", "Total dispositions" and "Pending in district court Sept 30, 1998" are tall single headings spanning both heading levels and are repeated in each; "Injunction proceedings" spans the two columns "Pending in district court Oct 1, 1997" and "Filed in district court fiscal year 1998"; "Disposition of injunctions" spans the six columns Granted through Inactive. Row "8(a)(1)(3)", column "Pending in district court Sept 30, 1998": the cell reads 0 followed by a short stray dash-like mark at the right edge of the column; I read it as a scan artifact / stray rule fragment and transcribed the value as 0. Column arithmetic supports 0 (the 10(j) section's Sept 30 pending entries 0+0+0+1+2+1+0 sum to the printed total of 4). The parenthesis pairs ")(" in the section labels are printed with a ligature that scans like an "X" (e.g. "8(a)(1X3)"); they are transcribed as the intended ")(" throughout. No footnotes are printed beneath the table. All section totals for Sec 10(j) and Sec 10(l) check out against their component rows in every column. The table body ends after "8(e)"; the remaining ruled space at the bottom of the crop is blank.
