p. 169. Nine columns: stub plus four two-column panels (Number / Percent by type). The stub column has no printed heading, so its header cells are empty. Scan quality: this page is a low-contrast scan in which periods and other small marks are largely lost. Every percent cell prints as e.g. "100 0", "27 0", "30 3" with no visible decimal point; these are one-decimal percentages (confirmed arithmetically: 27/89 = 30.3, 22/80 = 27.5, 25/69 = 36.2, 2/20 = 10.0), so I have written them with the decimal point. The two footnote sentences likewise show no terminal periods in the image and are transcribed without them. Percent cells printed as a dash rule ("----") are given as "" per the convention: these occur in the "Union certified / Percent by type" cell of the RM cases row, and across all four percent columns for Consent elections, Expedited elections and Board-directed elections. The raised "1" after "Fiscal Year 1998" belongs to the caption, which is excluded; its text is still carried in footnotes. The raised "2" on "Total rerun elections" is kept as a marker on that heading. The running head and page number at the top (partly cut off, page "158" with the "Sixty-Third Annual Report of the National Labor Relations Board" line faded) are omitted. In the RM cases row, the "Number" figure under "Total rerun elections" is a thin "1"; read as 1, consistent with the 1 under "No Union chosen" and under "Outcome of original election reversed".
