p. 167. Twelve columns: stub, Total elections, then Number/Percent pairs under Objections only, Challenges only, Objections and challenges, Total objections^1, Total challenges^2. Decimal points in every Percent cell are lost or nearly lost in this 1-bit scan, so the figures appear as a digit, a gap, then a digit (e.g. the first Percent cell reads "4 7"). They are one-decimal percentages and are transcribed with the decimal point restored (4.7, 1.4, 0.4, 5.1, 1.8, ...); each one is consistent with its Number divided by Total elections, so the reading is secure, but the point itself is not legible on the image. Percent cells printed as a short dash rule ("----", wherever the Number is 0) are transcribed as "". Minor scan artifacts, none affecting values: a stray dot sits to the right of "Stipulated elections" and after "Expedited elections" in the stub, and a stray speck above the "p" of "Expedited"; the "1" in the Objections and challenges / Number column of "In RD cases" is printed with a serif that makes it resemble a lowercase l, but it is a 1. Internal checks (not applied as corrections): the by-type-of-cases rows (3,289 + 50 + 456) and the by-type-of-election rows (16 + 3,235 + 2 + 534 + 8) each sum to the printed 3,795, and Total objections equals Objections only plus Objections and challenges in every row, as does Total challenges.
