Reader’s notes
p. 163. Grid is 11 columns: stub plus Number/Percent under each of All R, RC, RM, RD and UD cases. Decimal points: this is a 1-bit scan and the period in the Percent column is almost entirely dropped, so the cells render as "100 0", "63 9", "55 7" etc. I have restored them as "100.0", "63.9", "55.7". Percentages below 1 are printed with no leading zero (a bare single digit on the page), so they are transcribed as ".2", ".6", ".1", ".3", ".4", ".5", ".7"; exact zeros are printed as a lone "0" and are transcribed as "0". If the source convention were instead "0.2"/"0.0", these cells would need the leading zero added, but no leading zero glyph is visible in the image. Suspected misprint in the printed totals: in the RC cases column the three method subtotals sum to 3,263 + 1,559 + 94 = 4,916, one less than the printed "Total, all" of 4,917; the same one-unit gap carries into All R cases (3,781 + 1,916 + 217 = 5,914 vs. printed 5,915). RM (57+76+32=165), RD (461+281+91=833) and UD (63+24+5=92) all reconcile exactly. Everything is transcribed as printed. All other checks pass: every row satisfies All R = RC + RM + RD, and every indented component block sums to its subtotal. "After" (row 3) is a section line carrying a label only; its value cells are blank on the page. Minor scan specks, not transcribed: a stray mark before "After notice of hearing, before hearing closed" in the Stipulated election block; stray dots before the RD values 1 (Consent election / After notice of hearing, before hearing closed) and 147 (By withdrawal / After notice of hearing, before hearing closed); and a mark before the UD value 25.0 (Regional Director-directed election). None of these alters the digits. The row label "After Regional Director's decision and direction of election" wraps onto two printed lines and is joined here. The caption carries footnote marker 1 and is omitted per instructions; the footnote itself is retained.
