p. 140. Seven printed columns: stub, Total, and five columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party". The stub column has no printed heading (only a small stray apostrophe-like scan artifact above the rule); "Total" is a tall single heading spanning both heading levels and is repeated. "RC cases", "RM cases" and "RD cases" are centered section lines spanning the value columns; they are given as label-only rows. Cells printed as a dash rule ("-----") are rendered as "". The asterisk footnote under the table has no visible * marker anywhere in the body or stub of this crop — in other years it is attached to the "Pending October 1" row labels, but none is legible here. Terminal periods in the footnote text appear faded/absent in the scan ("...annual report Revised totals..." and at the end of the last footnote); transcribed as seen. Row labels print as "Received fiscal 1998" with extra letterspacing; normalized to a single space. Column sums check out in every section (e.g., RC Pending Oct 1: 1,667+78+188+0 = 1,933; RD On docket: 2+0+1+1,201 = 1,204), so no misprints are suspected.
