Minor scan artifacts, none affecting the digits read: a stray tick immediately left of 516 in the Employers column of "Closed fiscal 1998" under CC Cases (read as 516); a stray pen-like stroke in the Other local Unions column of "Closed fiscal 1998" under CD Cases, which sits beside but does not obscure the value 2; a small dot in the left margin at "On docket fiscal 1998" under CG Cases.
