Scanner artifacts, not content: a short slanted stroke sits in the "Median days" column on the line of the section head "I. Unfair labor practice cases:" — it is stray ink/dirt, not a value, so that cell is given as "". Similar faint specks appear in the left margin beside row "4 Receipt of briefs..." and beside "C. Age of cases pending Regional Director's decision...", and a small tick appears just left of the value 20 on row "3. Close of hearing to Regional Director's decision issued"; all are treated as dirt. Label oddities transcribed as printed: row "4 Receipt of briefs or submissions..." shows no period after the numeral 4 (every sibling item has one), so this is likely a dropped period in the original; row "1. Filing of petition of notice of hearing issued" reads "of notice" where the parallel wording in other years is "to notice of hearing issued" — a suspected misprint, left as printed; row "3. From assignment" under II.B is followed by a stray period before the leader dots, which was dropped with the leaders.
