The stub column has no printed heading on this crop; the caption line above the headings is cut off by the crop, as is the very bottom of the footnote line (\"1 In courts of appeals.\" is still legible). Apparent misprint / doubtful cell: row \"8(b)(7)(B)\", Granted column. As printed the row reads Granted 1 and Settled 1 while its Total dispositions is 1, and the Granted column of the 10(l) subrows sums to 5 against the printed \"Under Sec. 10(l) total\" of 4. Every other column in both the 10(j) and 10(l) blocks foots exactly, so the discrepancy is isolated to that one cell; it is transcribed as printed (1), not corrected. The section label printed as \"Under Sec. 10(I) total\" is the statutory Sec. 10(l); the lowercase letter l is set in a serif face that scans like a capital I. Transcribed as \"Under Sec. 10(l) total\". Scattered single-pixel specks from the scan sit between columns (e.g. left of Granted in rows \"8(a)(1)(3)(5)\" and \"8(b)(7)(A)\", right of Dismissed in row \"8(b)(4)(D)\", and in the last column of rows \"Under Sec. 10(l) total\", \"8(b)(4)(B) 8(b)(4)(D)\" and \"8(b)(4)(B) 8(b)(7)(C)\"); they are dirt, not digits or footnote markers, and were ignored.
