Reader’s notes

p. 143. The stub column has no printed heading (only a stray ink dot sits in the heading box and another beside the 270 in the "All representation elections" row); both header levels carry "" for the stub. The three leftmost data headings ("Objections filed", "Objections withdrawn", "Objections ruled upon") are tall single headings spanning both heading levels, so they are repeated in each level; "Overruled" and "Sustained^2" each span the two columns beneath them. Em-dash rules printed in the two "Percent of total ruled upon" columns for Consent, Expedited and Board-directed elections (rows where nothing was ruled upon) are transcribed as "". All printed totals are internally consistent: the three case types and the five election types each sum to the "All representation elections" line in every numeric column. No part of the table appears cut off by the crop.
