p. 143. The stub column carries no printed heading, so cell 0 of both heading levels is empty. Many percent cells hold a printed dash rule (———) rather than a value; these are transcribed as "" per instruction (rows: RM cases, RD cases and Board-directed elections in the "By both parties"/"By union" percent columns; Consent elections in all four percent columns; Expedited elections and Regional Director-directed elections in the employer/both-parties percent columns). The table is ruled into three blocks (the "All representation elections" line, the "By type of case" block, and the "By type of election" block); the two section labels carry no values. Scattered stray ink specks appear inside the body (e.g. just left of the "1" for RM cases under "By employer" and above the "0" for Consent elections) but are not footnote markers. The footnote-1 marker is attached to the caption year and so is not carried into the grid. All figures are legible; percentages are internally consistent with the counts.
