Reader’s notes
p. 137. Eleven columns: stub plus five case-type panels (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD), each with a Number of cases and a Percent of cases closed column. The footnote marker 1 appears on the caption ("Fiscal Year 1997^1"), which is excluded from the grid per instructions; the footnote itself is retained. In the RM cases panel there is a small stray ink mark above the word "Number" in the second-level heading; it is a scan speck, not a footnote marker. Percent values below 1 are printed without a leading zero (".0", ".7") and are transcribed as printed. All five Number columns' detail lines sum exactly to the printed totals, and the UD percent column sums to 100.0; no misprints detected.
