p. 136. The image is presented sideways (rotated 90 degrees, column headings reading bottom-to-top along the left of the page as rendered); the transcription restores the normal orientation, with case-type panels as columns and stages of disposition as rows. Column structure: a stub plus eight case-type panels (All C, CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CG, CP), each with a Number and a Percent-of-cases-closed column = 17 columns. These are repeated headings over one table, not side-by-side panels of different rows. Empty percent cells: in every panel the percent column prints a long dash rule for stages with no cases; per instructions these are transcribed as "". Affected: CA row "After Supreme Court action"; CB row "After Supreme Court action"; CC rows "After hearing opened...", "After administrative law judge's decision...", "After Supreme Court action"; CD same three rows; CE rows "After hearing opened...", "After administrative law judge's decision...", "After Board order adopting...", "After circuit court decree...", "After Supreme Court action"; CG and CP all rows from "After hearing opened..." down except where a figure is shown (CP "After Board order adopting..." = 1.0). The corresponding Number cells do print an explicit 0 and are transcribed as 0. Inconsistent printing to flag, not corrected: in the All C cases percent column the last row ("After Supreme Court action") prints 0.0, while the same zero-count row in every other panel prints a dash rule. Transcribed as printed. Scan quality: the halftone/JBIG2 rendering degrades some letters in the stub - "hearing" appears as "hearmg" and "decision" in the "After Board order adopting..." label appears as "decusion". Both are read as the obvious intended words. Footnote line: the footnote at the foot of the page is clipped by the bottom edge of the crop; the marker "1" and the wording are legible but the descenders are cut, so the exact wording ("See Glossary of terms for definitions.") carries slight uncertainty. Arithmetic checks (all pass as printed): each panel's eight stage figures sum to its printed total (e.g. CA 20,808+2,831+111+19+301+292+262+0 = 24,624), and the seven case-type panels sum to the All C column in every row (24,624+6,770+598+176+48+24+101 = 32,341).
