Minor scan specks that are not part of the data: a tick before the "3" in "Recognition or other assistance withdrawn" / Employer–Order of–Court, and a dot before the "2" in "Employees placed on preferential hiring list" / Employer–Order of–Board. Both read as plain 3 and 2. By number of actions taken" block that the first ten rows belong to) is printed on the preceding page, not here; the crop starts mid-section with the row "Declined". Column structure: 14 columns — stub, "Total all", then six Employer columns (Total; Informal settlement; Formal settlement; Recommendation of administrative law judge; Board; Court) and six matching Union columns. Dash rules (em-dash fills) appear in the six Union columns of the "Declined" row and in the six Employer columns of the "Hiring hall rights restored" and "Objections to employment withdrawn" rows; these are transcribed as empty cells. The "Total all" cell of the "Declined" row shows "555" followed by a small ink mark at the baseline. It does not match the shape of the raised "2" marker used elsewhere in this table and I read it as a scan speck rather than a footnote marker, so the cell is transcribed as "555". Footnote 2 is printed under the table but its reference marker does not appear anywhere on this crop (it presumably attaches to a total row on the preceding page). The scan carries scattered specks and stray dots across the body (e.g. near the "From both employer and union" rows and in the whitespace of the Employer "Total" column); none of them sit inside a figure and none were transcribed. Arithmetic check: every row on this page is internally consistent as printed — the five detail columns sum to each panel's "Total", and Employer Total + Union Total equals "Total all", for all eleven numeric rows. The three money rows also sum down correctly (79,601,595 + 765,360 = 80,366,955). No suspected misprints.
