p. 168. Twelve printed columns: a stub, five "Number of proceedings" columns and four "Percentages" columns under the spanner "Fiscal Year 1996", and Number/Percent under "July 5, 1935-Sept. 30, 1996". The stub heading is blank (only a stray printing speck sits there). Cells printed as a dash rule (long em-rule) are rendered as "". Suspected misprint: row "Court orders holding respondent in contempt", column "Percentages / Vs. employers only" reads 41.1 as printed, but 14 of 34 is 41.2; the companion percentages in that block (35.3, 11.8, 11.8) are consistent with a base of 34, so 41.1 looks like a typesetting/rounding error. Transcribed as printed. Minor rounding oddity, also transcribed as printed: row "Board orders affirmed in full" under the Supreme Court block shows cumulative 155 of 256 as 60.6 (155/256 = 60.5). In the row "Contempt cases remanded to court of appeals" the Total cell prints 0 followed by a small ink speck; read as 0. The scan is a lossy bilevel image, so isolated thin digits carry some risk, but all column sums and percentage checks reconcile except the two items named above.
