p. 138. Eleven columns: the stub plus Number/Percent pairs for All R, RC, RM, RD and UD cases. Doubtful cell: the stub of the first body row. After "Total, all" there is a small raised mark before the leader dots that is blurred in the scan; it is almost certainly the footnote-1 reference (the only footnote printed is 1, which also hangs off the caption year), so it is transcribed as "Total, all^1". It is just possible the mark is a scan speck and the label is simply "Total, all". "After:" is a section line carrying a label only; its value cells are empty, and the three indented stage lines that follow each of "Consent election", "Stipulated election", "By withdrawal, total" and "By dismissal, total" are sub-breakdowns of the line above them, printed with the same wording in several places. Minor scan artifacts, read through and not transcribed: a stray tick mark just left of "0.0" in the UD Percent column on the "Expedited election" row; a leading speck before "0" in the All R Number column on "After Board decision and direction of election"; a speck before "14" in the All R Number column on "By Board decision"; a speck before "0" in the UD Number column on "After hearing closed, before decision" in the dismissal block. Arithmetic consistency check (not used to alter any transcribed digit): every column's components sum to its printed subtotals and the printed grand totals, in all five case-type Number columns, so the digit readings are mutually corroborated.
