The table is of the indented stub-and-step type: the numbers sit in three numeric columns distinguished only by horizontal position (deepest-indent column with 445/23/26/8; a middle column with 502/222; a rightmost column with the bold totals 1,089 and 727), and the grid reflects those three columns plus the stub. Totals rules are printed under 1,089 (double rule) and under 727; rules are not transcribed as cells. The crop appears to be cut off at the bottom: "Representation decisions ... 222" is the last visible line, and the usual continuation of this table (the Initial/Supplemental breakdown under Representation decisions and an "Uncontested decisions" section) is not on this image. Column 1 holds the innermost (most-indented) figures (5, 47, 170, 2, 0, 1, 177, 183, 2), column 2 holds the single mid-level figure 3 on "Other decisions" (right edge about 145 px left of the 362), and column 3 holds 362 on the flush-left "Noncontested decisions" row, which is set in bold and has a short horizontal rule drawn beneath it (the rule is a column rule for a total, not a cell value). The crop is cut off at both ends: the parent rows for "After transfer by Regional Directors...", "After review of Regional Director decisions" and "On objections and/or challenges" are on the preceding page, and the three final rows (Unfair labor practice 177, Representation 183, Other 2) are the breakdown of "Noncontested decisions" but are separated from it by the rule, with any grand total falling below the bottom of the crop.
