Four heading levels; tall single headings ("Total" under Number of polls, "Total eligible", and "Total" / "Percent of total eligible" under Valid votes cast) are repeated down levels 2-4, and the two-level group headings ("Resulting in deauthorization", "Resulting in continued authorization", "Cast for deauthorization") are repeated on levels 2-3. End-of-line hyphens were repaired: "de-authorization" -> "deauthorization", "contin-ued" -> "continued", "deauthor-ization" -> "deauthorization". Decimal points: in this scan the decimal point in several percent cells is faint or has dropped out, printing as a space ("41 9", "58 1", "25 9", "83 3", "88 9", "40 6", "60 0"). Since every percent column in this table carries one decimal place, these are transcribed with a decimal point (41.9, 58.1, 25.9, 83.3, 88.9, 40.6, 60.0).
