  1. 1 See Glossary of terms for definitions.
  2. 2 See Table 11E for rerun elections held after objections were sustained. In 4 elections in which objections were sustained, the cases were subsequently withdrawn. Therefore, in these cases no rerun elections were conducted.

34 of 34 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.

Reader’s notes

p. 160. The stub column has no printed heading, so cell 0 is empty in both header levels. The scan drops some decimal points in the percent columns: "72 4" (All representation elections, Overruled Percent), "68 0" (RD cases, Overruled Percent) and "100 0" (Consent elections, Sustained Percent) are printed with a faint or missing point. Every other percent in the table is printed to one decimal, and the values are consistent with Number/Objections ruled upon, so I transcribed them as 72.4, 68.0 and 100.0. In the section label "By type of election" the colon prints as a raised dot; I rendered it as a colon. Em-dash rules (no percent applicable) appear in the Overruled Percent column for Consent elections and Board-directed elections, and in the Sustained Percent column for RM cases, Expedited elections and Board-directed elections; all are transcribed as "". Row labels and numerals are blurred by the 300-ppi bitonal scan (several "ti" ligatures read as "ti"/"u"), but all arithmetic cross-checks hold: 322-101=221, 160+61=221, the three case-type rows sum to the total, and the five election-type rows sum to the total in every column.
