Reader’s notes
p. 154. 11 columns: stub plus five case-type panels (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD), each with a Number-of-cases and a Percent-of-cases-closed column. The scan drops several decimal points, which print as a gap: the Total row reads \"100 0\" under All R, RD and (less clearly) RC/RM percent; \"48 7\" and \"42 8\" in the RD percent column; \"0 1\" in the All R percent of the last row. These are transcribed as 100.0, 48.7, 42.8 and 0.1 respectively, since the surrounding typography and the column totals make the decimal reading certain. Four percent cells are printed as an em-dash rule (UD percent on the \"After hearing closed\" and \"After issuance of Board decision\" rows; RM and RD percent on the \"After issuance of Board decision\" row) and are given as \"\". The footnote marker 1 belongs to the caption, which is excluded. All five Number columns sum exactly to their printed totals, so no misprints are suspected.
