Seven printed columns: stub, Total, and five columns under the spanning heading "Identification of filing party" (AFL-CIO unions, Other national unions, Other local unions, Individuals, Employers). "Total" is a tall single heading spanning both heading levels, so it is repeated in both. The six centered lines that run across the data area ("All cases", "Unfair labor practice cases2", "Representation cases3", "Union-shop deauthorization cases", "Amendment of certification cases", "Unit clarification cases") are section lines; their labels are placed in the stub and their other cells are empty. Each section repeats the same five row labels. The asterisk footnote marker is printed immediately before the Total figure in the "Pending October 1, 1994" row of the All cases, Unfair labor practice, Representation and Unit clarification sections; it is transcribed after the value behind a caret (e.g. 30,024^*). No asterisk is printed in those rows' other columns. In the five filing-party columns of the Union-shop deauthorization section, every cell except Individuals holds a printed dash rule (----), transcribed as "". Amendment of certification cases, "Pending October 1, 1994", Other national unions: the cell reads 0 with a small stray ink speck immediately to its left in the scan; I read it as a printing artifact, not a digit or a footnote marker, so the cell is transcribed as 0. Footnote 1: the punctuation after "definitions" (most likely a period) is not legible in the scan, so nothing was inserted there; the rest of the sentence is clear. All printed row and column totals are internally consistent (each Total equals the sum of its five filing-party cells; On docket = Pending Oct 1 + Received; Pending Sept 30 = On docket - Closed; and the five case-type sections sum to the All cases figures). No misprints detected.
