The table is printed sideways on the page: despite the stated upright orientation, the image is rotated 90 degrees, which lowers legibility of the single-digit cells in the right-hand (narrow) column groups. Nine cells sit at the limit of legibility at this resolution and are reported at reduced confidence. In each case the digit given is the one demanded by the printed subtotals, by the printed Total—all courts column (Total = appeals + district + bankruptcy), and by the identity Number decided = Upholding + Contrary, all three of which hold exactly in every legible row and column of the table: (a) "Action by other parties" under In district courts (10, 9, 1) and under In bankruptcy courts (1, 0, 1); (b) "To restrain NLRB from" under In district courts / Upholding Board position (3); (c) In bankruptcy courts / Number decided at "Other" (1) and at "Backpay returned as voidable preference" (1). In my raw visual pass those cells scanned as 0, and the two bankruptcy Number decided 1s appeared to sit nearer the "To compel NLRB to" and FOIA rows; since In bankruptcy courts / Upholding Board position is zero throughout, that group's Number decided column must equal its Contrary column row for row, which is how the two 1s were placed. Every other cell is arithmetically self-consistent: section subtotals equal the sum of their indented sub-rows, each row's Number decided equals Upholding plus Contrary, and each row's Total—all courts equals the sum of the three court groups. No printed total appears to be misprinted. Rows "Objection to Board's Proof of Claim" and "Backpay returned as voidable preference" are arithmetically interchangeable between the courts-of-appeals and bankruptcy groups (either assignment satisfies all totals); the assignment shown follows the visual read, which placed the courts-of-appeals entry on the "Objection" row and the bankruptcy entry on the "Backpay" row in all three passes. The footnote line runs along the bottom edge of the crop; its text is legible but sits very close to the trim, so a trailing word cannot be fully ruled out.
