p. 124. 17 columns: the stub plus a Number / Percent pair for each of All C, CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CG and CP cases. The caption carries footnote marker 1 (excluded per instructions); no footnote markers appear in the body. Two cells show a dropped/faint decimal point in the scan and are transcribed with the point restored: "Total number of cases closed" x CP cases Percent prints as "100 0" (read 100.0), and "After Board order adopting administrative law judge's decision in absence of exceptions" x CA cases Percent prints as "1 1" (read 1.1). Both readings are confirmed by the surrounding column pattern. Em-dash rules in the Percent columns (printed where the Number is 0) are transcribed as empty cells. Arithmetic check: every column's eight stage rows sum exactly to the printed "Total number of cases closed" (32,346 / 23,706 / 7,659 / 624 / 186 / 35 / 27 / 109), so no misprint is suspected. The scan renders many dotted i's in the stub as dotless (e.g. "disposition", "decision"); labels are transcribed with normal spelling.
