0 of 6 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 180. The table has two printed columns: the stub of outline labels and a single right-aligned value column. No column headings are printed, so header_rows is empty. Rows I, I.B, I.C, II, III and IV are section/heading lines whose value cell is blank in the original (they carry only leader dots or nothing). The long label of II.C wraps onto two printed lines and is joined here. Punctuation uncertainty from the 1-bit scan: the period after the outline letter is clearly visible on most items but not resolvable on "B Decisions...", "C Amount of fees and expenses in cases listed in B, above." (section I) and "C Amount of fees and expenses recovered" (section III), nor after the leading roman numeral "I"; these are transcribed as they appear, but the periods may simply be lost at this resolution. Likewise the periods in "U.S.C." are faint to invisible in items II and III (they read as "5 U S C"); they are rendered as "U.S.C." to match items I and IV. The spacing around the section symbol varies in the original ("§ 504" / "§2412"); a single space is used throughout. Monetary values in I.C ("Recovered"), and in IV.C are printed as a bare 0 rather than "$0.00".
