Suspected misprint, row "National v. National": the value 84 under "Employees eligible to vote - In units won by" is printed in the "Other local unions" column (col 12) and the final column ("In elections where no representative chosen") holds a dash rule. Transcribed exactly as printed. The printed 2-union subtotals contradict this: "Other national unions" 488 = 165 + 239 + 84 and "Other local unions" 3,561 = 1,882 + 1,679, so the 84 arithmetically belongs under "Other national unions" (col 11), and the last column should read 0 (84 total - 84 won). The same row's election-side cells do place its win under "Other national unions". All other cells in the table reconcile exactly with every printed subtotal and with the "Total representation elections" line. Decimal points broken by the scan: several percent cells print as "53 5", "78 9", "80 0", "88 0", "100 0", "85 7" (rows "Other local unions", "AFL-CIO v. AFL-CIO", "AFL-CIO v. National", "AFL-CIO v. Local", "National v. National", "Local v. Local"). Transcribed with the decimal point as 53.5, 78.9, 80.0, 88.0, 100.0, 85.7; each matches the won/total ratio for its row. Decimal points in the "Percent won" column print faintly in two cells. "Total RM elections" reads as "26 6" and "2-union elections" reads as "0 0" in the scan; both are transcribed with the decimal point ("26.6", "0.0") on the evidence of the column's other values (31.3, 11.1, 35.3, 31.1, 0.0), the matching "0.0" printed one row above in the AFL-CIO v.
