Doubtful cell — row "Eligible voters" under the section "All types, total", column "Total": printed as 223,623 in the scan, but the second digit is not crisp at this resolution. Every other cross-check in the table adds up exactly, and both the across-row sum (1,141 + 193,880 + 78 + 38,482 + 42) and the down-column sum of the case types (203,674 + 3,028 + 24,485 + 2,436) give 233,623. So this cell is either a misprint in the original or a 3 that scanned as a 2; it is transcribed as it reads on the image, without correction. Row "Valid votes" under "RC cases", column "Regional Director-directed": the scan shows a stray mark resembling a period after 30,006 (printed "30,006."). Treated as a scanning artifact, not a decimal point; transcribed as 30,006. The column sums confirm 30,006 is the intended value. Section label "RM cases." carries a trailing period and "UD cases:" a trailing colon in the original; both kept as printed. The section labels "All types, total", "RC cases", "RM cases.", "RD cases" and "UD cases:" carry no values of their own.
