p. 144. Eleven columns: stub plus five case-type panels (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD), each with "Number of cases" and "Percent of cases closed". The caption carries footnote marker 1 and is omitted per instructions; the footnote itself is transcribed. Scan quality: the decimal point failed to reproduce in several percent cells, which print as a digit, a gap, then a digit. I have restored the point in those cells because the surrounding column makes the intended value unambiguous. Affected cells: All R "Percent of cases closed" on "Total number of cases closed" (reads "100 0"); RD percent on "After issuance of notice, before close of hearing" ("37 3"); RM percent and RD percent on "After hearing closed, before issuance of decision" ("0 4", "0 7"); UD percent on "After issuance of notice, before close of hearing" ("3 7") and on "After issuance of Board decision" ("0 9"). Empty cells: the UD percent on "After hearing closed, before issuance of decision" and the RM and RD percent cells on "After issuance of Board decision" each hold a dash rule only, transcribed as "". Printed zeros in the number columns are kept as 0. Stray ink specks sit beside several values (e.g. a dot before UD 100.0 in the total row, a mark before UD 16.7, and a mark after UD 1 in the last row); these are scan noise, not footnote markers, and are not transcribed. The UD number cell on the last row is a single digit 1. Values are transcribed exactly as printed and not checked against column totals.
