p. 126. Four printed columns: stub, "Cases in which formal actions taken", and the spanner "Formal actions taken by type of case" over "AC" and "UC". Internal consistency: for most rows the AC and UC figures do not sum to the first column as printed (89 vs 9+77=86; 119 vs 11+107=118; 10 vs 1+8=9; 40 vs 1+37=38; 31 vs 1+28=29; Granted 10 vs 0+9=9; Denied 18 vs 0+17=17; Board decision after review 10 vs 1+8=9; Affirmed 6 vs 0+5=5). Only "By Regional Directors" (109), "Withdrawn before request ruled upon" (2), "Remanded" (3), "Reversed" (4) and the zero rows add. All figures are transcribed exactly as printed; nothing was computed or corrected. A small stray speck (resembling an apostrophe) sits in the AC column on the "Review of Regional Directors' decisions" section line; it is scan dirt, not a value, so that row is left empty. The scan renders many lowercase "i" characters without their dots (e.g. "Decısıons", "ınıtıal"); row labels are transcribed with normal spelling.
