p. 124. Seven printed columns: stub, "Cases in which formal actions taken", then five columns under the spanner "Formal actions taken by type of case" (Total formal actions taken^2, RC, RM, RD, UD). The heavy double vertical rule between RD and UD is a rule, not an extra column. Footnote markers appear on the caption ("Fiscal Year 1993^1") and on the heading "Total formal actions taken^2", but no footnote text is printed within this crop, so `footnotes` is empty; the notes for markers 1 and 2 must be on another part of the page. "Review of Regional Directors' decisions." is printed on its own line with no values, at the indent level of the other sub-headings, and is followed by the more deeply indented data line "Requests for review received"; I have transcribed them as two rows (a section line plus a data row). The line ends with what prints as a period (it is a colon in some years' printings) — transcribed as it appears. "Transferred by Regional Directors for initial decision" is printed over two lines with an end-of-line hyphen in "de-cision", repaired here. "Withdrawn after request granted, before Board review" and "Hearings on objections and/or challenges" likewise wrap over two lines. Arithmetic as printed: under "Board decision after review, total" (29), the Regional Directors' decisions breakdown 10 + 8 + 11 = 29 and the Outcome breakdown 21 + 8 = 29 both check; "Board action on request ruled upon, total" 254 vs. 34 + 215 + 5 = 254 checks. No suspected misprints. All digits were legible; the scan is clean.

The UD column is separated from RD by a double rule, consistent with footnote 2 (UD counts excluded from the "Total formal actions taken" column); indeed RC+RM+RD equals the Total column in every data row. Two rows carry a label and no values: "Review of Regional Directors' supplemental decisions" and "Regional Directors' decisions:" — in both cases the figures printed to their right belong to the indented rows that follow. The scan is a 1-bit scan with broken letterforms (the caption-area "actions" often reads "actlons"); row labels were read as intended wording. In the "Modified" row the digit 1 is printed as a bare vertical stroke in all three columns that carry it (stub-adjacent "Cases in which...", "Total formal actions taken", RC); read as 1. Same for the "1" in the RM column of "Exceptions to Regional Directors' reports" and the RD column of "In directed elections". Arithmetic as printed, for the reader's information only (nothing was altered): "By Regional Directors" 80 + "By Board" 354 = 434 matches the total row, but the two indented components of "By Board" (stipulated 324 + directed 27 = 351) fall 3 short of 354; this is as printed.
