Reader’s notes

p. 120. Seven printed columns: stub, Total, and five columns under the spanner "Identification of filing party" (AFL-CIO unions, Other national unions, Other local unions, Individuals, Employers). "Total" is a tall heading spanning both header levels; the stub has no printed heading. "RC cases", "RM cases" and "RD cases" are centered section lines printed across the data columns with no values; each is given as a label-only row. The asterisks printed immediately before 2,604, 147 and 460 in the Total column are footnote markers for the "*Revised..." note; they are transcribed after the value as ^*. Every em-dash rule ("——") cell is transcribed as "" (Employers column in the RC and RD blocks; the four union/individual columns in the RM block). The scan's leader dots and some stub punctuation are faint but the row labels themselves are clear; the caption carries footnote marker 1 on "Fiscal Year 1993" and was excluded as instructed. All printed totals and block arithmetic cross-check (e.g., RC closed 4,848+178+332+0 = 5,358; pending Oct 1 + received = on docket in each block), so no misprints are suspected.
