Heading wording as printed: the sub-head over the "Other local unions" percent column reads "Percent of size class", whereas the matching sub-heads under AFL-CIO unions, Teamsters, Other national unions and "no representative was chosen" all read "Percent by size class". Transcribed as printed; the "of" is most likely a typesetting slip.
