p. 156. Three printed columns: an unlabelled stub plus "AC" and "UC". The stub heading cell is blank apart from a small stray printing mark (a dot) near its centre, which is scanner/typesetting noise and not text. The indentation hierarchy (Total, all > each disposition category > Before/After hearing > By Regional Director's decision / By Board decision) is preserved in row order but not encoded in the cells. Several row labels repeat at different indent levels ("Before hearing", "After hearing", "By Regional Director's decision", "By Board decision"); they are transcribed as printed. Scan quality blurs some letters ("hearing"/"decision" occasionally read as "heanng"/"decision" with broken dots on the i), but the wording is unambiguous.
