Reader’s notes
p. 155. Eleven columns: stub plus Number/Percent pairs for All R, RC, RM, RD and UD cases. The page is clean and fully contained in the crop; no row or column is cut off. Percent cells printed as a short dash rule (the convention here for a percentage of zero) are transcribed as "". These occur wherever the paired Number cell is 0, plus one exception: "After hearing closed, before decision" under "By dismissal, total" has RC cases Number = 1 with a dash in the RC Percent cell (the table's smallest non-zero entries occasionally round below the printing threshold); transcribed as printed. "After:" is a section line under "Certification issued, total" carrying a label and no values. The indentation shows the three "Before notice of hearing" / "After notice of hearing, before hearing closed" / "After hearing closed, before decision" groups are subdivisions of "Consent election" and of "Stipulated election" respectively; wording is kept exactly as printed, so those labels repeat. Arithmetic checks all pass as printed: every section total equals the sum of its components in every column, and All R = RC + RM + RD in each row. No suspected misprints. The caption carries footnote marker 1, which is excluded with the caption; footnote 1 itself is transcribed.
