Reader’s notes
p. 154. Eleven columns: stub plus five case-type panels (All R, RC, RM, RD, UD), each with a Number of cases and a Percent of cases closed column. In the last row, \"After issuance of Board decision\", every percent cell holds a printed dash rule (------) rather than a value, so those five cells are transcribed as empty. The UD percent column sums to 99.9 (79.3 + 9.7 + 0.6 + 10.3) against the printed total of 100.0; this is ordinary rounding and the figures are transcribed exactly as printed. All other columns sum to their printed totals. The scan is slightly speckled but every digit is legible; no cells were doubtful.
