p. 153. 17 columns: stub plus eight case-type panels (All C, CA, CB, CC, CD, CE, CG, CP), each with a Number and a Percent of cases closed column. The crop begins below the caption, so the referent of footnote marker 1 is not visible on this image; the footnote text itself sits at the very bottom edge of the crop and its baseline is slightly clipped but legible. Percent cells printed as a long dash rule (em-dash rule) are transcribed as "" (rows 4, 5, 7, 8 and 9 in various panels); printed zeros in the Number columns are kept as 0. Arithmetic as printed: every data row sums correctly across the seven case-type panels into the All C column, and the "Total number of cases closed" row also sums across correctly (22,785+8,382+938+278+143+31+193 = 32,750). However, the vertical sums of the eight stage rows fall short of the printed totals in three columns: All C Number sums to 32,732 vs 32,750 printed; CA Number sums to 22,768 vs 22,785 printed; CB Number sums to 8,381 vs 8,382 printed. The CC, CD, CE, CG and CP Number columns all add to their printed totals. These are transcribed exactly as printed and not reconciled. Scan artifacts, not characters: a small tick-like speck appears immediately left of 100.0 in the CG cases Percent column of the "Total number of cases closed" row, and another speck sits just right of the "CC cases" heading; neither is read as a footnote marker. Several row labels show broken type (e.g. the "i" in "issuance", "administrative", "circuit") from the 1-bit scan, but the wording is unambiguous.
