p. 128. Eight columns: stub, Total, and six "Identification of filing party" columns. The stub has no printed heading, so cell 0 of both heading levels is empty; "Total" is a tall single heading spanning both levels and is repeated. The asterisk footnote marker is printed to the LEFT of each "Pending October 1, 1991" Total value (*26,919, *23,696, *2,958, *78, *10, *177); per the convention it is transcribed after the number as ^*. The six case-type banners ("All cases", "Unfair labor practice cases^2", "Representation cases^3", "Union-shop deauthorization cases", "Amendment of certification cases", "Unit clarification cases") are printed centered across the data columns, not in the stub; they are transcribed as section rows with the label in cell 0 and empty value cells. In the "Union-shop deauthorization cases" panel, all union and employer columns carry em-dash rules, transcribed as "". A small stray ink speck sits just left of the dash in the "Other local unions" column of that panel's "Closed fiscal 1992" row; it is printers' dirt, not a value or marker. Arithmetic verified, not altered: in every panel the six party columns sum exactly to the printed Total, and On docket = Pending Oct 1 + Received = Closed + Pending Sept 30. No discrepancies found. Scan artifacts render the dotted i in "Pending"/"Received"/"Union"/"in" as dotless in places (e.g. "Pendıng", "Receıved"); transcribed with normal spelling. Nothing is cut off by the crop.
