Reader’s notes

p. 229. Two printed columns only: the stub "Stage" and "Median days". Row "1. Filing of petition of notice of hearing issued" is transcribed exactly as printed; it looks like a misprint for "Filing of petition to notice of hearing issued" (compare item II.A.4, "Filing of petition to—"). Small stray marks appear in the Median days column to the left of 52, 163 and 185; they are scanning specks or stray leader dots, not footnote markers or digits, so nothing was added to those values. The raised 1 and 2 on the four "Age" labels are footnote markers and are written after the word with a caret. Scan is a 1-bit image with broken letterforms (many "i" dots lost, e.g. "issuance", "hearing", "decision"); wording was restored to the obvious reading in those cases.
