Reader’s notes

p. 228. Two printed columns: the stub ("Action taken") and "Total cases closed". The first body row is a total line of 10 set off by its own rule; its stub cell is printed blank (no label), so it is transcribed with an empty label. The six detail values (6, 0, 0, 1, 1, 2) sum to 10, consistent with that total. Scan is a 1-bit image with some dropped dots in the text (e.g. missing dots over "i" in "jurisdiction", "insufficient", "evidence"), but all row labels and digits are legible.
