0 of 11 figures sit in a row or column sum that works out.
p. 228. Six printed columns: stub, Total, and four columns under "Identification of petitioner". The column rules show "Total" as a tall single heading spanning all three heading levels, while "Number of cases" and "Identification of petitioner" span only the four rightmost columns; both spanning headings are therefore repeated across those four columns only. The stub has no printed heading (the top-left heading cell is blank apart from a small ink speck in the scan, which is not text). "Employer" is printed hyphenated across two lines ("Em- ployer") and is rejoined; "State boards" wraps onto two lines. The scan renders the "i" in "Pending" faintly (it looks like "Pendmg"), but the words are "Pending October 1, 1990" and "Pending September 30, 1991". The footnote marker 1 appears on the caption, which is excluded per instructions; no in-body cells carry markers.
