Decimal points lost in the 1-bit scan, restored here (each verified against column arithmetic): Percent of total for "70 to 79" prints as "26" (= 2.6, since 80.9 − 78.3 = 2.6); Percent of total for "500 to 599" prints as "04" (= 0.4); AFL-CIO Percent by size class for "400 to 499" prints as "02" (= 0.2); Cumulative percent for "1,000 to 1,999" prints as "100 0" (= 100.0). The one inconsistency is Other local unions "Percent of size class" for "20 to 29", printed 14.4 where 14/98 = 14.3 — transcribed as printed. Heading wording as printed: the Other local unions percent heading reads "Percent of size class" while the other four read "Percent by size class". "AFL–CIO" is set with an en dash and is written here as "AFL-CIO".

p. 220. The crop is the continuation page of Table 17 and carries only panel B (decertification elections); panel A is on the preceding page. The scan loses or faints many decimal points in the percent columns (printed as e.g. '140', '66', '74', '93', '16', '25', '08', '02', '100 0', '92 3', '98 0', '98 9', '12 5'); every percent column in this table is set to one decimal place, so these have been transcribed with the decimal point restored. Two percent cells disagree with the arithmetic implied by the counts and are either misprints or digits I could not resolve at this resolution: 'Under 10' / Teamsters Percent by size class reads 11.5 (5 of 43 would round to 11.6), and '60 to 69' / AFL-CIO Percent by size class reads 5.6 (7 of 122 would round to 5.7); both are given as read. '800 and over' / Percent of total reads 0.4 (2 of 573 would round to 0.3), but it is consistent with the printed cumulative column reaching 100.0, so it is as printed. Dash rules ('------') in the Cumulative percent cell of the total row and in the percent cells where the count is 0 are transcribed as empty. All column sums reconcile with the printed 'Total RD elections' row: Number eligible to vote 30,817; Total elections 573; AFL-CIO 122; Teamsters 43; Other national 0; Other local 8; no representative 400. The heading over the 'Other local unions' percent column reads 'Percent of size class' rather than 'Percent by size class' as in the other panels; kept as printed. The section banner 'B. Decertification elections (RD)' is printed centered across the data columns and is recorded as a label-only row.
