The three-line label "After opening of 10(k) hearing, before issuance of Board decision and determination of dispute" is one row in each section, with its value printed on the continuation line ("pute ..."). The caption carries footnote marker 1 and has been omitted per instructions. Printed components sum as follows: 90+8+101+40 = 239 and 37.7+3.3+42.3+16.7 = 100.0, consistent with the total row.
