The table is an indented tabulation without printed column rules; I read three value columns from the right-alignment of the figures: the deepest-indent column (646, 43, 54, 31), a middle column (774), and the outermost column (1,627 and 1066, which share the same right edge). The crop cuts the table off after the "Determinations in jurisdictional disputes" row — further rows (e.g. representation decisions and non-contested decisions) presumably continue below and are not visible. "1066" is printed in bold without a digit-grouping comma, unlike "1,627" above it; transcribed as printed. There is a small stray ink mark near the top right margin, above the 1,627 column, which is not a footnote marker.

The table has no printed vertical rules; the four columns were determined from the x-positions of the figures, which fall into three distinct numeric tiers matching the stub's indentation: an innermost detail column (6, 64, 216, 4, 0, 2, 276, 284, 1), a middle column (286 for "Representation decisions", 6 for "Other decisions"), and a rightmost column holding only the bold 561 for "Noncontested decisions". The crop begins mid-table, so the higher-level heading these entries sit under (presumably a "Contested decisions" block) and its total are on the preceding page. "Noncontested decisions" / 561 is set in bold and is underscored by a short horizontal rule in the rightmost column; the rule is a typographic divider, not a data row, so it was not transcribed. A small isolated dot appears to the right of the "1" in the "Other" row, roughly under the rightmost column. It is a stray ink speck or period artifact, not a figure, so that cell was left empty. The bottom edge of the crop clips the tops of the glyphs of a further line of the table (a partial figure around "466" is faintly suggested); nothing on that line is legible enough to transcribe, so it is omitted.
