p. 209. Two columns only: the stub "Stage" and "Median days". Label-punctuation oddities transcribed as printed: item I.A reads "A Major stages completed—" and item I.B reads "B Age1 ..." with no period after the letter, while the corresponding II.A, II.B and I.C do have periods; item II.A.1 reads "1 Filing ..." with no period after the digit. The character ending "II. Representation cases" prints as a raised/centered dot in this scan; it is almost certainly a colon (matching "I. Unfair labor practice cases:") and is transcribed as a colon. Doubtful wording: row "1 Filing of petition of notice of hearing issued" (II.A.1). The scan clearly shows "of notice", but in comparable NLRB tables this stage is worded "Filing of petition to notice of hearing issued"; the printed word may be a misprint for "to" or may simply be a poorly resolved "to". The value 9 for that row is clear. The value 314 in row I.A.4 is preceded by a stray ink dot in the Median days column (the tail of the leader dots); the number itself is 314, matching the identical 314 printed for II.4 "Board decision issued". Scattered stray marks from the scan (a dot above the rule in the Stage heading band, a comma-like mark after "I. Unfair labor practice cases:") are not part of the text and are omitted; none is a footnote marker. The only footnote markers in the body are the raised 1 on I.B and I.C and the raised 2 on II.B and II.C.
