p. 174. Seven columns: stub plus six under the spanner "Type of election". The crop is complete (caption, footnote and both rules visible). Arithmetic check: every one of the 18 "All types, total" figures equals the sum of its RC + RM + RD + UD entries exactly, so no digit in the body appears garbled. Section-label punctuation: "RM cases" and "RC cases" end in a mark that the scan renders as a raised dot rather than a clean colon (the "RD cases:" and "UD cases:" lines below are unambiguous colons). I transcribed all four as colons, assuming a broken colon in the scan; this is a punctuation judgement only, not a marker. The three cells in the last column ("Expedited elections under 8(b)(7)(C)") of the UD cases block each hold a printed dash rule, so they are given as "". All other dotted leaders after row labels were dropped. The scan's typeface renders dotted i's indistinctly ("Ehgible", "Vahd", "Dırector"); I have transcribed the intended words "Eligible", "Valid", "Director". The last heading's parentheses are smudged but read 8(b)(7)(C). The caption carries footnote marker 1, which keys the single footnote; per instructions the caption itself is omitted.
